The purpose of this service is to promote understanding and empathy for local culture, natural environment, and landscape conservation among visitors to the Niseko area, and to increase the number of people involved in sustainable community development and tourism. This is a digital service that allows users to easily make donations on their smartphones and instantly receive electronic gifts that can be used at participating merchants as a return gift.

Open the “Thank you Gift” page and press the “Use” button.

03 Launch

Tap “Use of stamps” on the coupon.

04 Launch

Show the screen to the staff.

05 Payment

Enter the yen amount to use and press the “Pay button”.

06 Completion

Show your phone display to the shop staff, and payment is complete.

Available at Donate & Go Gift participating stores in Niseko area.
If there is no Wifi environment at the store, it may not be available. (We recommend you to prepare in advance such as rental WiFi or SIM card for use in Japan).

I presented the Donate & Go Gift stamp screen on my smart phone, but the stamp is not responding.
  1. Expired.
  2. You are using a non-compliant smartphone.
  3. You are displaying a screen capture.
  4. You are using a smartphone in a deprecated environment.
  5. The screen of the smartphone is cracked, scratched, or broken.
  6. You are wearing gloves or your hands are wet.
    *Because the stamp is moved by a person’s static electricity, it may not respond when held with gloved hands or wet hands.

The maximum number of items that can be donated at one time is determined for each type, but there are no limits on the donation amount or the number of donations.

Do you give change when I pay with a Donate & Go gift?

The amount can be used in increments of 1 yen, but no change will be given.

What happens if my Donate & Go gift balance is less than the amount of the item?

The difference should be paid in cash or with another means of payment.

I made a mistake in the amount of my payment. What should I do?

You can cancel within 24 hours of payment, so please check with your store. After that time, cancellation is not possible, so please handle the difference in cash.

What should I do if I can’t receive the email I registered for?

I lost my smartphone that I was using for a Donate & Go gift.

You can continue to use your Donate&Go gift by accessing the site with your new smartphone and logging in. However, there is a possibility that a third party may use your unused Donate&Go Gifts from your lost (stolen) smartphone. We are not responsible for any loss of Donate & Go Gifts due to theft or loss of smartphones as described above. In addition, Donate & Go Gifts cannot be reissued under any circumstances.

I have made two donations, can I combine them into one?

Sorry, they cannot be combined. However, two or more coupons can be combined and used for a single payment.

Can a Donate & Go gift be used by someone other than the donor?

It may not be transferred (including exchange or resale) or lent to a third party, acquired from a third party, or pledged as collateral.

Can I resell my Donate & Go gift?

No cash, refunds, transfers, or returns are allowed.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

You can reissue your password. Click “Forgot your password?” at the bottom of the login screen, enter your registered e-mail address, and you will receive an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.

Does Donate & Go Gifts support international roaming when registering or redeeming?
